3.) Don’t Be The Haunted House on the End of the Street


We all know the dark and empty house at the end of the street, where no one ever answers the door. Nothing is more unsettling than knocking on someone’s door and not getting a response. Social media is a platform to share, extend and enhance your organization’s brand awareness. It can be easy to get caught up in the promotion of your business and forget to join in on relevant conversations.

It’s important to respond to your audience on social media; People like being heard.  Responding to your audience or thanking them shows that you are truly engaged. Everyone likes an acknowledgement. Be sure to not only engage your target audience, but to listen to them as well.
