bloomfield chamberBLOOMFIELD, CT, Mar. 12, 2014 — Do you know a high school senior who could use some help with educational expenses after they graduate?  The Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce is offering scholarships to any Bloomfield resident pursuing post-secondary school or training. 

Eligible students could earn one of two scholarships for $1000 or $500 to help them with educational expenses.  To apply they’ll need to submit an essay, two letters of reference and a copy of their resume.  They must apply by April 15, 2014 and must be referred by a Chamber member.  For a copy of the application and rules  contact Mary Kuharski or Matt Curran at the Bloomfield Chamber at director@bloomfieldchamber.org or (860) 242-3710.
