What we do is often exciting and many times satisfying, but today it was special. It wasn’t just getting an email from our long-time client, Don Droppo that included :))). It was that both of us felt so very good about our roles in today’s story from reporter Nancy Crevier from The Newtown Bee (@NewtownBee).
Don wanted to do something personal to honor those who lost their lives in Sandy Hook. He is the former President of Curtis Packaging, which has been located in that town since the mid-1800s. The result is a haunting and poignant glass sculpture by Santa Fe artist Lucy Lyon that will be unveiled to the public on June 29 at Curtis Packaging.
Don asked us to get the word out about the showing so that as many people as possible could see this beautiful work and hear from the artist about her personal journey towards creating it.
In our role as PR consultants, we got Don together with Nancy and the rest is a story that’s truly magic. We are so proud of our role in making this happen.
